Event Request

Special Event EBlast	$20.00	fee for each EBlast

Please check your event request submission for accuracy.
Please allow at least 10 days before the event to submit your request (if less than 10 days, eblast will not be created and your credit card will not be charged).
Eblasts are only sent on weekdays between 8am and 5pm, and only 1 per day. Please take this into consideration when requesting eblasts and allow enough time for your event/information to have the proper notice.

Disclaimer:

H&W does not accept flyers in ANY format to assist in creating the eblasts. The eblast is SOLELY taken from the information supplied on the event request form.
PLEASE check for accuracy and make sure that all content is complete and accurate.
An email "proof" is sent to the submitter and they will have 24 hrs to return with no/any corrections.
Once an eblast has been created and sent, there will be NO corrective eblasts sent.
After delivery of the eblast if a mistake is noted by submitter and you would like to have it corrected,another eblast can be sent at an additional charge.
The organization coordinating the event is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information.
